Our poultry is raised on pasture at our farm in Lincoln County. They have access to fresh forage each day as well as NonGMO feed.
Chicken Quarters include the drum and the thigh as a single piece. The are bone in and skin on. and are sold two per package. Packages are vacuum sealed and frozen.
Our Quarter chicken pricing is based off a $7.00/pound cost. For convenience, we calculate price based on the lowest weight in each group. For example, our Large group starts at 2.5 lbs. 2.5 x $7.00 = $17.50. Weights will vary within the group but will always benefit the customer.
